CORPORATE QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Quality has always been and will continue to be the main objective for PT. Himalaya Asset in setting the target for its business. Quality Management is established and implemented based PDCA (Plan Do, Check Action) cycle.

The following 4 (four) quality management aspects play a key role in achieving, assuring and improving quality within PT. Himalaya Asset based on PDCA with form. On the performance and improvement of product prescribed as follows:

1. Quality Planning (Plan),
Establish the objective and requirement for quality and Quality System. Quality Planning includes activities such as maintenance of the Company Quality System, as a result of improvement analysis initiatives from quality improvement step.

2. Quality Control,
Ensures the controlled implementation of planned agreement. Quality control means
effective application of the Quality System of project. Its include verification of compliance to project requirement through design verification, inspection of purchase and installed equipment and materials, and monitoring of project cost and schedule performance.

3. Quality Assurance (Check),
Confirms that the quality systems is consistently implemented and provide confidence that the requirement for quality will be met. Quality Assurance covers the authorization of deliverables, the set up and maintenance of quality records, planning and execution of quality audits either on project or system basis. (Control).

4. Quality Improvement (Action),
The objective is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of activities and work process to the benefit of PT. Himalaya Asset and clients. Quality Improvement involves the analysis of non compliances, involving work process, planning of corrective and preventive action, planning of implementation of quality improvement, the annual Management Quality System review and implementation of corrective action. The implementation of such planning completes the quality management cycle. The purpose of quality improvement is to increase employee quality awareness.
