Quality Assurance

PT Himalaya Asset management is well aware of the important of quality assurance and control during the execution of projects.

It is intent and the policy of PT Himalaya Asset provides that the product of its services shall meet or exceed the quality requirement dictated by Owner and by applicable codes standards and regulations.

Required quality shall be achieved by sound services and by an active program to assure the appropriate provisions for achieving, documenting and evaluating quality are included and carried out. As part of this program, Project Quality Assurance (Q.A) shall perform the following tasks:

• • Participate in project planning,
  • Establish communication with
  • Owner’s QA Representative,Assist in identification of project quality objectives,
  • Study establishment of field quality assurance program,
  • Review job procedure manual,
  • Prepare quality assurance plan,
  • Provide quality assurance orientation,
  • Establish criteria for identifying critical items,
  • Prepare quality assurance procedures.

Quality Assurance anticipating extensive involvement in these tasks to assure that project related activities are conducted in a disciplined manner and in accordance with approved method and procedures.
